Helping Trucking Companies Navigate Bankruptcy Worries
As financial pressures for trucking companies increase, a record number of trucking companies are now facing financial distress leading to either informal restructurings or formal bankruptcy proceedings. In the last two years alone, major trucking companies who had been in business for decades called it quits leaving many stakeholders in its valuable ecosystem at risk. These stakeholders include owners, investors, drivers, operations staff, shippers, brokers, manufacturers, distributors, customers, vendors, suppliers, creditors, and lenders.
Bailey Glasser’s nationally recognized bankruptcy team stands ready to help. Bankruptcy can be a complicated, expensive, and time-consuming process — especially for carriers balancing operational demands with financial uncertainty.
