Bailey Glasser Representing Riverstone Credit Management in White Stallion Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceeding

12.08.2020

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein has approved a temporary Chapter 11 loan for White Stallion, an Indiana based coal producer facing bankruptcy proceedings. White Stallion had sought bankruptcy protection proposing a quick Chapter 11 sale to term loan holders after the recent shutdown of its mines and the termination of most of its 260 employees.

Bailey Glasser lawyers Brian Glasser, Kevin Barrett, and David Felice have been representing Riverstone Credit Management, as the agent for the term loan holders and White Stallion’s largest creditors, in this case.
