Four Bailey Glasser Lawyers Appointed To Public Justice Class Action Preservation Project Committee

Bailey Glasser lawyers Ben Bailey, Jonathan Marshall, Gregory Porter, and David Selby have been selected to serve on the Public Justice 2019-2020 Class Action Preservation Project Committee. The team will help Public Justice achieve its litigation, public education, and development goals.

Founded in 1982, Public Justice pursues high impact lawsuits to combat social and economic injustice, protect the Earth’s sustainability, and challenge predatory corporate conduct and government abuses. The organization focuses on ensuring that all people, regardless of economic background, have equal opportunities in the judicial system. Committee members will lend their skill, expertise and resources to preserving the individual’s right to a day in court and to helping ordinary people obtain justice in cases that affect us all.

Bailey Glasser Of Counsel, Arthur Bryant, serves as the Chairman Emeritus of Public Justice. Additionally, Bailey Glasser co-founder Ben Bailey serves on the Executive Committee of the organization.
