Kate Charonko Presenting at West Virginia University CLE Seminar

Kate Charonko will teach a CLE at an upcoming West Virginia University College of Law seminar, New Trends in the Legal Profession, on Friday, September 15, 2017  in Morgantown, WV.

Kate’s seminar is titled Understanding How the 2015 Revisions to the Discovery Rules are Changing Early e-Discovery Litigation and will focus on cooperation and case management, with a look into changes in the rules and the new e-Discovery pilot programs.
