On November 17, 2019, Arthur Bryant, Of Counsel at Bailey Glasser and Chairman Emeritus of Public Justice, is scheduled to speak on and moderate a panel on Ethical Issues in Class Actions at the National Consumer Law Center’s 50th Anniversary Consumer Rights Litigation Conference and Class Action Symposium. Appearing on behalf of Bailey Glasser, Arthur will discuss overbroad confidentiality and secrecy provisions.

Bailey Glasser Partner Elizabeth Ryan is speaking on a panel discussion “Defending Against Efforts to Compel Arbitration of FDCPA Claims” on November 14, 2019.
