Volkswagen MDL Hearing

Ben Bailey attended the Volkswagen MDL hearing this morning, along with Elizabeth Cabraser and other members of the PSC, VW, USDOJ and the FTC, where Judge Breyer announced the settlement in principle of major portions of the VW Diesel dispute. Significant additional work remains to be done before all the details can be finalized.
