Monavie – Jessop v. Larson Settlement

Bailey Glasser is pleased to announce the distribution of $15,789, 602.30 to former employees, participants of the Mona Vie, Inc., Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) from the settlement fund created the class action, Jessop v. Larsen, Civil Action No. 2:14-cv-00916.  The settlement resulted from a class action lawsuit on behalf of participants in the MonaVie Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan against the former top officers and owners of the nutritional juice company MonaVie, and plan trustee Bankers Trust Co. of South Dakota.  Bailey Glasser attorneys Gregory Y. Porter and James L. Kauffman serve as class counsel for the ESOP participants.  398 plan participants shared in the $15,789, 602.30 distribution—an average recovery of over $39,000 per participant.
