Commenting on Tim Blixseth, Kevin Barrett was quoted in the LA Times article, Billionaire who went bust is out of jail and still owes millions. Many are watching his next move.  Barrett discusses the latest in the case against Tim Blixseth, the former owner of Yellowstone Mountain Club. Blixseth was released from jail in July after spending 14 months behind bars for failing to account for proceeds from a Mexican resort that he sold in violation of a court order.

Barrett, a partner in the firm’s Charleston, WV office, represents the Yellowstone Club Liquidating Trust.
