Gregory Porter Quoted in NY Times Regarding Class Action Lawsuit Against Intel Corporation

Bailey Glasser partner Greg Porter was quoted in the NY Times article, Intel Lawsuit Questions Place of Hedge Funds in Retirement Plans, about a recent lawsuit that was filed against Intel Corporation.  The class action was filed on behalf of employees whose retirement accounts were invested in target date funds designed and managed by Intel officers.
