Partner David Felice Elevated to Delaware Bar Foundation President

Bailey & Glasser, LLP is pleased to announce that David A. Felice, managing partner of the firm's Delaware office and member of the firm’s Commercial and Environmental Litigation Practice Group, has been elevated to President of the Delaware Bar Foundation. The Delaware Bar Foundation works to improve the administration of justice in Delaware by funding legal services for those in poverty, supporting legal research and education, and promoting public understanding of the law and citizenship rights.

David has served as a Director of the Delaware Bar Foundation since 2019 and before his elevation, served as its Treasurer. His election to the presidency reflects his long-standing commitment to the Delaware legal community and to the access-to-justice work the Foundation supports.

David focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware's courts, including the Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is also a certified neutral arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, having been appointed in more than 70 arbitration proceedings. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation (2024-2026).

David has served his community in many ways for decades. He has served as a volunteer guardian ad litem with the Office of the Child Advocate for more than 15 years, representing foster children. He served on the District of Delaware Federal Civil Panel for nearly 20 years and has worked with the Widener University School of Law Veterans' Law Clinic. He is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
