Eric Snyder Included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100

Eric Snyder was recently named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization of the premier trial lawyers from each state in the nation. Membership into the organization is extended only to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile.

A partner in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office, Eric handles cases involving defective products, catastrophic injuries, and consumer fraud. Eric serves on the plaintiff’s lead counsel committee for the personal injury cases consolidated in the Toyota sudden acceleration MDL. Eric holds a degree in mining engineering from Penn State, and frequently litigates mining-related injury and commercial cases.

In October 2010, Eric was recognized as among the 75 most formidable plaintiff's lawyers in the United States by the defense bar, in-house counsel and persons involved in the tort reform movement. In October 2013, the firm in general, and Eric in particular, was named as having a Top National Plaintiffs' Class Action Practice by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2002, Eric was the youngest lawyer on the list by three years. Eric was also named a West Virginia Super Lawyer "Rising Star" every year from 2011 to 2014.
