David A. Felice was re-elected Treasurer of the Delaware State Bar Association at its Annual Meeting and Bench/Bar Conference on June 4, 2014. David served the Bar Association as its Secretary from 2012-2013, a member from 2011-2012 and the Chair of the Bar Association’s Litigation Section from 2010-2011.
David is an attorney in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and transactional support.
