Benjamin Bailey Presents at West Virginia Water Law CLE Event

Ben Bailey and Professor Patrick C. McGinley of WVU College of Law spoke at West Virginia Continuing Legal Education’s seminar entitled “Water Law” on March 21, 2014.  Their presentation was entitled “Common Law:  Environmental Claims and Common Law Torts” and was a review of how environmental laws and regulations intersect in the world of common law torts and the resulting litigation.
