Adam Wilson Rejoins Bailey Glasser After Federal Clerkship

Bailey Glasser warmly welcomes back lawyer Adam H. Wilson following his yearlong federal clerkship with the Honorable Stephanie D. Thacker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Adam rejoins our Civil Defense Practice Group, where his practice focuses on complex litigation, including high-stakes oil and gas disputes. He now brings with him the valuable perspective gained from clerkships at both the federal trial and appellate court levels. Before first joining Bailey Glasser, Adam clerked for the Honorable Thomas E. Johnston of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Adam earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as an editor of the West Virginia Law Review and as a student practitioner in the school’s United States Supreme Court Clinic. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering from West Virginia University.
