$3,850,000 Settlement in Wrongful Death Case

A $3.85 million settlement was reached by the lawyers of Bailey Glasser in a medical malpractice action on behalf of the family of a 54-year-old man who died of a hypoxic brain injury during a hospitalization. It was alleged that the hospital medical and nursing staff failed to appropriately respond to the individual’s complaints in an appropriate and timely manner. Due to the delay, the patient suffered a loss of oxygen for an excessive amount of time resulting in permanent brain injury.
