Mark Boyko Speaking at ABA Webinar Series

On June 25, Mark Boyko, Attorney at Bailey Glasser, will speak at a webinar organized by the American Bar Association (ABA) titled, Intel v Sulyma - The Death of Constructive Knowledge and the Brave New World of ERISA Liability.

Mark will take part in a panel discussion and give a presentation on the unanimous decision from the US Supreme Court in the Intel v. Sulyma case. Bailey Glasser and their co-counsel won a critical victory in the US Supreme Court for employees seeking to recover lost retirement savings due to mismanagement.
