Mark Boyko Speaking at ABA Employees Benefits Symposium

On January 17-18, Mark Boyko, Attorney at Bailey Glasser, will speak on two panels at the 46th Annual TIPS Mid-Winter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits-Life, Health and Disability, and ERISA: Emerging Issues and Litigation in Austin, Texas. Organized by the American Bar Association (ABA), this year’s program will focus on the latest issues and trends in life insurance, health & disability insurance, employee benefits and ERISA, and insurance regulation.

On January 17, Mark will discuss significant ERISA litigation developments over the past year, including an analysis of the recent US Supreme Court’s ERISA-related cases. The next day he will share insights on data protection and the value of plan participant data.
