Bailey Glasser Co-Hosting the National Consumer Law Center Consumer Rights Litigation Conference

11.9.20 - 11.20.20

Bailey Glasser is proud to sponsor and co-host the 29th Annual Consumer Rights Litigation Conference (CRLC) & Class Action Symposium. Spanning twelve days, from November 9 to November 20, the Virtual CRLC will cover more consumer law content than ever before, including full tracks on Auto Loans, Credit/Banking, Credit Reporting, Debt Collections, Mortgages and Foreclosures, Student Loans, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

The conference will provide individual courses on ethics, litigation, practice issues and more. The new virtual format will give attendees the opportunity to earn far more CLEs than in previous years. The conference provides the opportunity for attendees to learn from the experts about the latest developments in consumer litigation, industry trends, and public policy.

Bailey Glasser Partner John Barrett will also speak at a session titled Practice Issues in TCPA Litigation on November 19 during the conference.

You can register for the conference here: https://www.nclc.org/conferences-training/consumer-rights-litigation-conference.html.
