Bailey Glasser is currently investigating complaints from consumers that their Tesla vehicles have suddenly accelerated without driver input, sometimes leading to crashes and injures. On January 17, 2020, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced that they were beginning an investigation of sudden unexpected acceleration of up to 500,000 Tesla vehicles. The vehicles that Bailey Glasser are currently investigating include: 

  1. Tesla Model S
  2. Tesla Model X
  3. Tesla Model 3
