Walter Giardina

Walter Giardina is an investigator with Bailey Glasser and supports our firm's clients and prospects by handling research and providing litigation support to our many practices. 

Walter’s prior position was as an FBI Special Agent where he specialized in leading high profile white collar and public corruption investigations.  Walter led cases that resulted in major convictions — including Pittsburgh’s chief of police and the dismantling of a $3.7 billion fraud scheme targeting the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Walter is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and was commissioned as an officer in the US Marine Corps, serving in combat in Iraq.
