David Selby II to Speak on National Mass Tort Trends at HarrisMartin’s Justice for All Conference

04.15.2025

David L. Selby II, partner at Bailey & Glasser, LLP and leader of our nationally recognized Mass Tort Practice Group, will be a featured panelist at HarrisMartin's Justice for All Conference: Complex Litigation in Philadelphia's Evolving Legal Landscape, taking place April 15–16, 2025 in Philadelphia, PA.

David will speak on the panel "MDL Update: Trending Mass Torts in 2025" where he’ll provide key insights into the Talc Bankruptcy litigation and what’s ahead in the evolving mass tort landscape.

David is a nationally recognized leader, honored by several organizations for his work on behalf of people harmed by defective firearms, medical devices, and pharmaceutical drugs. Undoubtedly, David will discuss the recent win on behalf of talc victims after a federal bankruptcy judge dismissed Johnson & Johnson’s latest attempt to dispose of talc-related litigation claims outside the Constitutionally-guaranteed jury process. This marks J&J’s third failed attempt to use a subsidiary to resolve the lawsuits. David Selby was a member of the BG trial legal team challenging the $9 billion bankruptcy deal.
