Modern Slavery Statement

Commitment

Bailey Glasser International [1], is committed to conducting business responsibly and ensuring that everyone who works for us or provides services to us is treated with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation in our business or supply chain.

Business and Supply Chain

As a professional services firm, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low. Our key suppliers provide services including:

• information technology and software
• office accommodation and facilities management
• cleaning and maintenance
• professional and consultancy services
• recruitment
• office equipment and supplies

We recognise that risks may be higher in parts of the wider supply chain, particularly where work is low‑paid, outsourced, temporary, or subcontracted.

Approach

We aim to work with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to lawful and ethical practices. Where proportionate to the nature of the services and level of risk, we may:

• review suppliers’ employment and ethical practices
• seek confirmation of their approach to modern slavery
• include obligations in contracts
• investigate concerns raised
• reconsider relationships where material concerns are not addressed

All staff are encouraged to report concerns about modern slavery or exploitation. Reports may be raised with the Managing Partner and will be taken seriously, handled sensitively, and without retaliation against those raising genuine concerns in good faith.

We will keep our approach under review and take proportionate steps to strengthen our procedures where appropriate.
