Overview

Ryan Ziminskas is a trial attorney and member of Bailey Glasser’s nationally recognized Mass Torts Practice Group.

Ryan focuses his practice on complex, high-stakes litigation, including the nationwide Roundup litigation, where he works with a team of nationally ranked lawyers including founding partner Brian A. Glasser; David Selby, the firm’s Mass Torts Practice Group Leader; and Houston partner Adam Peavy.

Prior to joining Bailey Glasser, Ryan represented thousands of plaintiffs in mass tort and coordinated proceedings across the United States. He has extensive experience in the Roundup litigation, including serving on the trial team in Dennis v. Monsanto, which secured a $332 million verdict against Monsanto Company in 2023. The case remains one of the largest verdicts against Monsanto in the Roundup litigation to date.

Ryan received his B.A., with Highest Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. He likewise earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he remains actively involved teaching courtroom advocacy to current law students. 

Ryan is admitted to practice in Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Texas. 

Born and raised in Austin, Ryan continues to call the city home. Outside of his practice, he enjoys the city’s live music, dining, and exceptionally active outdoor lifestyle, including running along Town Lake or swimming beneath the Pennybacker Bridge.
