Reagan T. Lynch

Overview

Reagan T. Lynch is Of Counsel in Bailey Glasser’s award-winning Mass Torts Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals and class members injured by defective firearms, medical devices, and pharmaceutical drugs, as well as those harmed by institutional negligence.

Reagan is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience handling complex corporate matters. Prior to joining Bailey Glasser, he worked at international law firms in Seattle and Washington, D.C., where he represented corporate and individual clients in civil and criminal enforcement actions, as well as congressional investigations, with a particular focus on U.S. and foreign anti-corruption inquiries. Reagan has also advised corporate clients on the design and implementation of corporate compliance programs and has provided legislative and regulatory counsel to leading technology companies on data privacy, net neutrality, and consumer protection issues at the state and federal levels.

In addition to his law firm experience, Reagan served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Dana A. Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court in Anchorage, Alaska. He is also a contributing author to Shareholder Litigation in Washington State (2d Ed. 2023), a practitioner’s guide to securities litigation under Washington state law.

Reagan brings this depth of experience to the firm’s Mass Torts Practice Group, which is nationally recognized as a Best Law Firm in mass tort and class action litigation and is ranked by Chambers & Partners for Product Liability: Plaintiffs, USA–Nationwide.

Reagan earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a fellow in the Program in Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. He received his undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University, where he competed in varsity track and field.

He is admitted to practice in Washington and New York.
