Overview

Hannah K.W. Petros is a litigator in Bailey Glasser’s Civil Defense Practice Group where she works on a range of matters across numerous industries including energy and utilities. Her other experience includes handling employment disputes and litigation, health care litigation, and landlord-tenant work. Hannah is also experienced in appellate litigation and Title IX proceedings.

Hannah is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.

During law school, Hannah was a graduate assistant in the WVU Office of Equity Assurance, where she worked on Title IX matters. She was involved in the college’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Society, WVU College of Law’s Public Interest Advocates, and the Women’s Leadership Council.

Hannah previously participated in the Lawyer Leadership Institute in 2023. She serves as Assistant CLE Coordinator for West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel Young Lawyer’s Board.
