Elazar Kosman is a litigation attorney focusing on corporate and complex commercial litigation. In particular, he handles cases pertaining to breach of fiduciary duty actions, fraud, and high-stakes breach of contract disputes.
Elazar graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Elazar honed his litigation skills while clerking for the office of Attorney General of Maryland and interning with the United States Court of Federal Claims.
