Denali S. Hedrick

Overview

Denali Hedrick is a lawyer based in Bailey Glasser’s Morgantown, West Virginia office where she primarily represents clients in consumer protection class action litigation. Our consumer protection team brings cases across the country, in both state and federal courts, to vindicate the rights of consumers against unfair and illegal business practices. Denali has successfully litigated cases regarding improper debt collection, loan servicing, and junk fees, resulting in millions of dollars returned to thousands of consumers.

Denali also has experience in oil and gas litigation. She has represented mineral owners in actions against oil and gas production companies and has successfully argued title disputes between mineral owners through appeal.

Before joining Bailey Glasser, Denali clerked for the Honorable Judge Goodwin in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, where she assisted with civil and criminal trials and writing substantive judicial opinions.

Denali graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2021, served as an Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, and was a student practitioner in the litigation clinic. There, she advocated on behalf of low-income West Virginians in a variety of matters, including consumer bankruptcy, property disputes, and estate disputes.
