Cari A. Morris

Cari Morris joined Bailey & Glasser, LLP in 2019,  and she currently serves as the firm's human resources and operations director. In her role, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for the firm's human resources, employee benefits, talent acquisition, risk management, compliance, and operational initiatives. Cari works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement programs that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the firm.

Prior to joining Bailey & Glasser, Cari built a diverse career in the public sector, where she gained extensive experience in business administration, financial management, construction project oversight, and event planning.

She holds a B.A. from Marshall University and a M.B.A. from the University of Charleston. She is passionate about serving her community and currently serves as a board member of FestivALL, which supports initiatives that promote arts, culture, and economic development throughout West Virginia.
