Andreea Livanu

Andreea Livanu is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Environmental Litigation Practice Group where she represents clients in complex litigation matters. The firm’s Commercial & Environmental lawyers represent the full spectrum of business interests and industries, from solo entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations, from coal miners to energy companies. Our team tries cases from coast to coast, in state and federal courts, and before arbitration tribunals. Business disputes we handle include breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, fraudulent transfer actions, and claims under federal and state statutes.

Before joining Bailey Glasser, Andreea gained valuable experience clerking for law firms focused on commercial litigation, insurance defense, real estate, and workers' compensation. Prior to law school, she also worked as a law clerk in criminal defense and personal injury, further broadening her legal background.

Andreea earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she was actively involved in the Women’s Law Caucus and the Environmental Law Society. Her degree includes a Business Law emphasis with a concentration in Intellectual Property. During her third year of law school, she served as a law clerk at Bailey Glasser.
