Cunningham v. LeGrand and Legacy Development SC

Bailey Glasser represented clients sued by plaintiff in federal district court in a commercial finance case where he claimed that a loan agreement was fraudulently induced and sought to have the approximately $1 million loan set aside without repayment. Our clients counterclaimed for accelerated repayment of the entire loan amount plus interest for default. The case was resolved by a multi-day jury trial and resulted in a verdict in favor of our clients and a jury award of approximately $1.6 million.
