January 6, 2022 – National law firm Bailey & Glasser, LLP announces the addition of two new  lawyers to a dynamic mass torts team that protects American consumers from dangerous and defective drugs, medical devices, firearms, and other consumer products.

Christina Hutchins, an accomplished litigator who has been repeatedly named among the best young mass torts lawyers in America, has joined the firm’s Missouri office as an associate.

Christina Natale, a complex litigation attorney with extensive experience representing clients nationwide on both sides of the aisle in individual and mass tort personal injury cases, joins as an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

“Bailey Glasser is pleased to welcome Christina Hutchins and Christina Natale,” said David L. Selby II, the firm’s Mass Torts practice group leader. “They are talented lawyers with impressive track records in successfully representing their clients. We are excited that they have joined our team and are ready to help us fight for justice for our clients.”

Christina Hutchins is a diligent and successful advocate for injured persons, combining courtroom skills, positive rapport with her clients, and a passion for justice that has propelled her to the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” list in recent years.  She has secured multimillion-dollar-settlements for individuals whose health has been negatively affected by exposure to asbestos and suffer from mesothelioma, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, asbestosis, and other diseases caused by the known carcinogen. Ms. Hutchins earned a J.D. from the St. Louis University School of Law.

Christina Natale has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2018 for her mass torts and class action accomplishments. She most recently served as a trial lawyer in the torts branch of the U.S. Department of Justice, advising and overseeing large-scale discovery and litigation plans for the Environmental Protection Agency and other federal agencies. Christina excels in the courtroom, where she is passionate about connecting complex scientific and legal issues to advocate for her clients.  She has served on court-appointed leadership committees in multidistrict litigation for plaintiffs involving harm from defective drugs and devices, and for the U.S. government involving alleged harm from toxic substances in the environment and the workplace. Ms. Natale holds a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.

Bailey Glasser partner D. Todd Mathews, one of the nation’s top trial attorneys, added: “Christina Hutchins and Christina Natale have joined a firm that’s renowned for its litigation experience, superb talent, and ability to provide the very best in resources in representing clients,” Mathews said. “I’m excited to work alongside them in fighting for people who need it most.”
