
Overview
Lincoln Wolfe is an attorney in Bailey Glasser’s Charleston, West Virginia office, and a member of the firm’s Consumer Protection, TCPA, and Employment practice group where he litigates individual and class cases involving debt collection, consumer finance, TCPA violations, and a host of other consumer and employment matters.
Prior to joining Bailey Glasser, Lincoln worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, handling a wide variety of appellate litigation.
Lincoln is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Richmond Law Review and a member of the Lewis F. Powell Inn of Court. Lincoln graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and has worked in public policy development in state and federal government positions.
Lincoln is a proud West Virginian and, in his spare time, can be found hiking, swimming, or paddling his kayak somewhere in the state’s beautiful outdoors.
