We have a staff of experienced and highly-educated lawyers, located in offices in Boston, MA; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; Washington DC; Springfield, IL; Joliet, IL; and Montgomery, AL. At any given time, we may be litigating high-stakes contract and product liability disputes, completing multi-million dollar commodity transactions, defending against federal and state indictments, navigating through health care compliance issues, and bringing multi-state consumer class action cases.

We represent clients on either side of the table or courtroom. Our litigators are equally comfortable and adept in the role of plaintiff or defendant. Perhaps the best testament to our effectiveness and fairness came on the Presidential election night in 2004 when both the Republican and Democratic parties retained lawyers from Bailey & Glasser to protect their respective interests.
