Bailey Glasser Welcomes New Attorneys

Bailey Glasser LLP is pleased to welcome four new attorneys to the firm.

Sallie Gilbert, Associate Attorney

Sallie joined Bailey Glasser after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, where she participated in Georgetown’s Environmental Law and Policy Program and was a member of the Environmental Law Society. During law school, Sallie gained substantial experience in energy and environmental law through internships at the American Gas Association, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Before law school, Sallie worked as an Energy Analyst at International Paper Company. She also worked as a Project Accountant at CLS Strategies, a strategic communications firm in Washington, D.C. Sallie received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Mississippi State University.

Lorren Patterson, Associate Attorney

Lorren joined Bailey Glasser after completing her post-grad fellowship at the Office of General Counsel for Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia where she gained substantial experience in corporate and regulatory matters. Lorren graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Notes Editor of Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives and received recognition as a Pro Bono Pledge Honoree for performing several pro bono services throughout her time in law school.  While in law school, Lorren interned for a D.C. trial court judge and for two litigation-focused law firms. She received a Bachelor’s degree in English, with minors in Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Philosophy, from Gonzaga University, graduating magna cum laude.

Alex Serber, Associate Attorney

Alex focuses primarily on ERISA litigation. Alex joined the firm after graduating from the University of Missouri School of Law, with honors. During law school, she participated in Mizzou’s Tax Program and served in the leadership of the Tax and Transactional Law Society. She also served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review. While in law school, she externed for Chief Justice Breckenridge of the Missouri Supreme Court and the Chief Counsel office of the IRS. Prior to law school, Alex graduated from Liberty University.

Fiona Ye, Associate Attorney

Fiona will focus her practice on corporate law and securities regulations. Before joining Bailey Glasser, Fiona worked as a corporate and securities attorney in EB-5 immigrant investor program. She represented EB-5 regional centers in private placements and preparation of templates for EB-5 related applications with USCIS. When practicing in China, Fiona’s work primarily involved cross-border transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, private financing and public offerings. Fiona received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in law from Peking University, and her LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.  Fiona is licensed to practice in New York and China. Fiona is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
