Bailey Glasser Welcomes New Attorney Kurt Gleeson
Bailey Glasser LLP is pleased to welcome Kurt Gleeson to the firm. Kurt joins the firm’s corporate and finance practice group and will work in the St. Petersburg, FL office.
Kurt has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a transactional real estate and land use attorney in the private and federal sectors and as a senior-level operations executive in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Kurt’s experience includes significant time at two prestigious Washington, D.C. area law firms where he represented real estate developers and lenders in real property transfers, construction and permanent financing, leasing, condominium development and land use matters. He also served as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration in the National Capital Region.
Most recently, Kurt launched and managed the South Tampa Office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty where he was instrumental in establishing and growing a presence for the company in the Tampa luxury real estate market.
Kurt graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and earned his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an Associate Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Kurt is active in community affairs and is a past member of the Advisory Board of Best Buddies Tampa Bay, where he was the Chairperson for the Best Buddies Friendship Walk.
