Jade represents clients in a wide array of civil litigation arenas, including sports law, Title IX litigation, and consumer protection matters.

Jade arrives at Bailey Glasser during an exciting time in sports and entertainment law. With the NCAA’s rule change that now permits college athletes to commercialize their name, image, and likeness, the former standout Division I basketball player has unique insight into the world of college and professional athletes. In addition to her litigation practice, Jade will develop and support partnerships between student-athletes and businesses.

Jade holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings, as well as a B.A. in criminology from the University of California, Irvine.

Within the past year, Bailey Glasser has successfully represented student-athletes at La Salle University, University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, Dartmouth College, East Carolina University, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, William & Mary College, Clemson University, and Brown University.
