Bailey Glasser Adds Jaclyn Clark to Labor & Employment Practice in the Firm’s Florida Office

August 11, 2021 – Jaclyn Clark, a seasoned labor and employment litigator who has successfully represented clients ranging from workers to Fortune 100 companies, has joined national law firm Bailey Glasser LLP as an associate in its Florida office.

This year, Jaclyn was named among the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” by Labor and Employment Law, as well as “Best Lawyers” from Women in the Law.

“We are excited to welcome Jaclyn Clark to expand our employment litigation and counseling work in our Civil Defense practice group,” said Rebecca D. Pomeroy, Bailey Glasser partner who heads the group. “Jaclyn’s experience representing both employees and management in workplace matters is an invaluable resource to our clients. We’re delighted she’s part of our team.”

Jaclyn’s success representing both plaintiffs and defendants in issues across the labor and employment law spectrum allows her to prudently advise Bailey Glasser clients, while maintaining a balanced perspective on the objectives and concerns of both sides. The firm’s Civil Defense group represents clients spanning both sides of litigation in complex civil cases.

Jaclyn’s experience in labor and employment law compliance extends to such matters as the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Florida and Federal Whistleblower Acts, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and the National Labor Relations Act. She is also highly experienced in workplace legal requirements associated with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jaclyn holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, as well as a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.

“I’m looking forward to working with Bailey Glasser’s excellent legal team in providing outstanding representation to our clients involved in workplace issues,” said Jaclyn Clark.
