Nicole Mayer serves as Consulting Counsel and focuses her practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on class action cases.
Nicole is passionate about consumer finance, class action litigation, and civil rights laws. As a former federal regulator, Nicole knows all the ins and outs of successfully bringing forth a case on behalf of her clients. She is adept at viewing all sides of the legal issues due to her many years of experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, including four years spent in-house overseeing consumer lending and loan servicing. She has superior investigation and case development skills including conveying complex ideas, persuasive writing, and client relations.
