Overview
Jeff Parsons is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience representing West Virginia property owners in various oil and gas matters as well as consumer protection, TCPA, employment, and complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Bailey Glasser, Jeff served as the career law clerk to U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey for 13 years. During that time, he gained a strong familiarity with the federal court system, working on complex civil litigation matters including mass litigation and class action lawsuits involving consumer protection, TCPA, and the oil and gas industry.
As a lifelong Mountaineer, Jeff takes great pride in his home state and the consumers, landowners, and downtrodden people of the Ohio Valley. Being known as someone whose clients can look to him in their time of need, Jeff wakes up every morning ready to advocate for anyone who needs his help and services.
In his free time, Jeff serves on the board of Appalachian Outreach, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization, which serves the poverty and disaster-stricken people of West Virginia. Jeff also serves as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) for children in the legal system.
