Christina L. Wolff

Overview

Christina is a successful advocate for injured persons who employs a combination of courtroom skills, positive client rapport, and a passion for justice – winning traits that have regularly propelled her onto the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” list in recent years.

She has significant experience representing individuals whose health has been negatively affected by exposure to asbestos, a known carcinogen.  Additionally, Ms. Wolff has represented an untold number of individuals injured by dangerous prescriptions drugs and faulty medical devices.

Asbestos exposure is the largest cause of occupational cancers in the country, and a significant cause of other diseases and disabilities. Workers exposed to asbestos include teachers, auto mechanics, military personnel, pipefitters, railroad employees, and many others.

Christina adopts a “Take No Mercy” approach to ensuring every responsible party is held liable for causing illness and injury to her clients. She fights diligently to bring justice to victims of direct, household, and bystander asbestos exposure and their families – and will file suit against any responsible companies who sold asbestos-containing products to which her clients may have been exposed, including employers, schools, manufacturers, suppliers, and/or producers of asbestos-containing materials.

Christina believes the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer is representing clients faced with challenging problems and being able to assuage their concerns as they seek justice together.  She credits her ability to listen intently and understand the totality of her clients’ unique situations to her litigation success.

In her career to date, Christina has secured multimillions of dollars for her clients by achieving the highest possible settlements.

The most common asbestos-related diseases include:

  • Mesothelioma of the Lung
  • Mesothelioma of the Stomach
  • Testicular Mesothelioma
  • Lung Cancer
  • Asbestosis
  • Pleural Plaques

Asbestos-related disease can develop in other parts of the body as well. Research has confirmed that asbestos is known to cause the following cancers, and this list is not exhaustive:

  • Colon Cancer
  • Esophageal Cancer
  • Laryngeal Cancer
  • Stomach Cancer
  • Throat Cancer

Cancer caused by exposure to asbestos takes from 20-40 years to develop after someone is exposed. The long delay between exposure and the development of the cancer – known as the latency period – means most victims are unaware their cancer may have been caused by asbestos exposure decades ago.

When she is not successfully representing Bailey Glasser clients, Christina and her husband race Can-Am UTVs in the National Rock Racing Association.

Christina is based in the St. Louis area and licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
