Shaohui Jiang
Shaohui focuses his practice primarily on project development and finance.
He has represented investment and commercial banks in senior secured lending to a wide range of industries, including electric, coal, oil and gas. Shaohui also has experience in leveraged financing, representing arrangers and lenders in leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Shaohui represents project developers and companies in mergers and acquisitions, project and equipment financing and general corporate matters. He also has experience in renewable energy matters and related transactions.
Shaohui is devoted to helping clients in pro bono matters. He has represented immigrant women under the Violence Against Women Act and Holocaust survivors in the Jewish Ghetto programs.
