P. Gregory Haddad
Greg has a diverse practice, including providing advice and counsel on general business matters, as well as an extensive civil litigation practice. He has tried over 70 cases, representing litigants in professional liability, complex litigation and business litigation in a variety of courts throughout the State. Greg worked as a pharmacist through law school, and that experience contributed to his development as one of West Virginia's preeminent medical malpractice defense lawyers. While viewed as an aggressive and successful trial attorney, Greg understands that many of his professional and business clients prefer to avoid risky and expensive litigation and has favorably resolved thousands of disputes through the alternative dispute resolution process.
