Mary Pat Statler

An associate in the firm, Mary Pat focuses her practice primarily on complex civil litigation. Mary Pat and her colleagues not only represent clients in complex cases around the country, they routinely handle local matters for local clients as well. 

Mary Pat graduated magna cum laude from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2010. As a year-round law clerk throughout law school, Mary Pat gained substantial experience in real estate transactions, commercial transactions, and estate planning, in addition to litigation. And, as a member and captain of the Marshall University Women's Basketball Team under Head Coach Royce Chadwick, Mary Pat learned the intangibles necessary to excel as an attorney and litigator – discipline, work ethic, time management, and team work.
