Kerrie Wagoner Boyle


Following graduation from West Virginia University College of Law, Kerriefocused her practice initially on professional liability, product liability, and general tort liability defense. Kerrie also represented various insurance companies against bad faith claims and in coverage disputes. After joining Bailey & Glasser in August 2007, Kerrie has expanded her practice locally and regionally to include defending medical malpractice cases, pursuing pharmaceutical companies in mass tort litigation involving various drugs and supplements, and litigating commercial transactions, personal injuries, and construction law matters.

Kerrie has litigated hundreds of cases to resolution, including

favorable judgments and settlements. Kerrie prides herself in learning and understanding her clients' needs and expectations in order shape them as to what can be accomplished under the law. She is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Contractors Association of West Virginia wherein she participates in its Education Committee.
