Jonathan D. Boggs
Jonathan focuses his practice on energy and healthcare. After having worked for two large national law firms, Jonathan returned to West Virginia to serve as the Commissioner of State Health Facilities. In this role capacity, he oversaw the operation of seven public hospitals and nursing homes and gained extensive knowledge of both state and federal health care regulations. His significant knowledge of the health care field was evidenced by his selection to serve as the Chairman of the Boards of Directors of both Huntington Hospital and Sharpe Hospital.
A Fulbright Scholar to the University of Barcelona, Jonathan studied Spanish history and culture, and also taught as a Visiting Professor in American Studies. He has lectured as an adjunct professor at the West Virginia University College of Law.
