Jennifer S. Fahey
Jennifer has been with the firm since 1999. Early in her career, Jennifer was deeply involved in the firm's environmental mass tort litigation. Expanding her practice into the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, Jennifer now operates in a capacity similar to that of in-house counsel for a number of the firm's natural resource clients.
A partner in the firm, Jennifer is regularly involved in multi-million dollar commercial transactions and litigation. She advises coal industry clients on transactional, business formation, environmental, labor and employment, and other day-to-day operational matters. She spearheads efforts on many of the firm's largest lease agreements and land acquisitions. Her work also includes coal production, coal sales and transportation agreements, complex acquisition, sale and financing transactions, energy related projects, and representing clients in commercial disputes.
