Bailey & Glasser Expands Into The Southeast With A New Office In Montgomery, Alabama

Montgomery, AL, December 16, 2010 — The law firm of Bailey & Glasser, LLP, announces the opening of its newest office in Montgomery, Alabama. James B. “J.B.” Perrine, who joined the firm as a partner after serving as a federal prosecutor for eight years in the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Alabama, opened the new office on October 15, 2010. The Montgomery office is the sixth location that Bailey & Glasser has opened since its inception in 1999. The firm's other offices are located in Washington, DC, Springfield, IL, Joliet, IL, Charleston, WV, and Morgantown, WV.

Bailey & Glasser is known for trial work and complex civil and criminal cases, and with the firm's newest office it continues that tradition. J.B. tried some of the most complex and newsworthy cases in Alabama during his time in the United States Attorney's Office, and achieved great success. Prior to his service as a federal prosecutor, J.B. worked at the international law firm of Covington & Burling in its Washington, D.C., and Brussels, Belgium offices. He has doctorate and masters in laws degrees from Yale Law School and graduated valedictorian of his class from the University of Alabama School of Law. J.B. was a Fulbright Scholar to Australia and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has also published numerous articles on a variety of civil and criminal topics.
